New Zealand. Norbert is a qualified Environmental Engineer with more than 20 years experience in environmental management,
planning, policy analysis and education. He has worked in local and central Government as well as in the private sector.
Norbert's unique expertise enables him to offer a 'one-stop-shop' for all work related to the management of hazardous substances. This includes applications for consents or approvals under both the Resource Management Act (RMA) and the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act (HSNO), policy work in both areas and the provision of excellent training and coaching.
